First of all they answered the phone on the Sunday after Christmas!!! We had been with a broker for three months with no progress at all. Andy took over, and 35 days later we closed on our house. Every bit of our experience was positive. Andy literally came by and looked at the house we were buying to give us advice on what we needed.
